Concrete Contractors in Steamboat Island, Olympia, WA
The Steamboat Island peninsula runs north between Eld and Totten Inlets — waterfront homes, wooded acreage and some of the longest private driveways in the county. We pour driveways, garage and shop slabs, patios and steps out here, and we plan for the drive.

Why Steamboat Island is different
Long drives, long hauls
Distance and narrow private roads affect truck access and timing; we plan pours so the concrete arrives workable.
Waterfront slopes
Bluff and shoreline lots need County review for work near the edge.
Septic and wells
Rural lots have drainfields and wells to work around; we locate them before we dig.

Do you really come out to Steamboat Island?
Yes. It’s part of our regular service area west of Olympia.
What about my septic drainfield?
We locate it before planning and keep heavy trucks and slabs off it. Driving a concrete truck over a drainfield can ruin it.
