Do you pour foundations for ADUs and additions?
Yes — footings, stem walls or slabs to your approved plans, with inspections scheduled before each pour.
Can you fix my settling foundation?
It depends on the cause and severity. Some settling is repairable with section replacement or a new footing; significant structural movement needs an engineer’s assessment first. We’ll tell you which.
Do I need a permit?
Yes. Foundations for structures need a building permit from your city or Thurston County. We work from the permitted plans.
How long does a foundation take?
A garage or ADU foundation is typically several days from excavation to pour, plus inspection scheduling and weather.
