Concrete Contractors in Meridian Campus, Lacey, WA
Meridian Campus is a master-planned community in northeast Lacey, and the corridor beyond it runs out toward the Nisqually Valley. Homes here are newer, so the work is mostly additions and upgrades — patios, walkways, pads and the occasional section of settled sidewalk.

Why Meridian Campus is different
Planned-community standards
Master-planned neighborhoods often have design guidelines for driveways and visible concrete. We build to your approved plan.
Newer-home settling
Even newer slabs can settle where utility trenches or backfill weren’t compacted well. Leveling is often the fix.
Edge of the city
Farther east toward Nisqually, properties get larger and rural; we pour shop pads and long drives there too.

Why is my newer driveway already sinking?
Usually because fill over a utility trench or along the foundation wasn’t compacted well when the house was built. Foam leveling can lift it without tear-out.
Do I need HOA approval for a new patio?
In many planned communities you do for anything visible from the street, sometimes for backyard work too. Get approval first; we’ll build to it.
