Concrete work across Olympia, Lacey & Tumwater
From downtown Olympia to Hawks Prairie, Tumwater Hill and the Steamboat Island peninsula, we pour and repair concrete across the South Sound. Find your neighborhood below — each page covers the ground, the permits and the jobs we see most there.
Olympia
Downtown and the Port Peninsula, South Capitol, the Eastside and Westside, Northeast, Southeast, Cooper Point, Carlyon and North Olympia. Older homes, filled ground near the water, and a lot of right-of-way work.
Olympia neighborhoods →Lacey
Hawks Prairie and Meridian Campus, Tanglewilde and Thompson Place, and the Long, Pattison and Hicks lake lots. Newer homes, HOA rules, prairie gravel — and plenty of county land with Lacey addresses.
Lacey →Tumwater
Tumwater Hill’s slopes, Bush Prairie around the airport, Black Lake and the historic Falls and Brewery District. Steep drives, shop pads and lake lots.
Tumwater →Every area we serve
Yelm, Rainier, Tenino, Bucoda, Littlerock, Rochester & Grand Mound and Maytown. Don’t see your town? Call us anyway.
What we do everywhere
Concrete Patios
New patios, tear-out and replacement, and resurfacing — sloped to shed water off the house, because here it rains from October to April.
Concrete Patios details →Concrete Driveways
Driveway replacement, new pours, aprons and RV parking on a compacted base thick enough for trucks, with joints cut where cracks want to go.
Concrete Driveways details →Concrete Repair
Cracked, spalled or heaved slabs, broken steps and trip-hazard sidewalks. Repair where repair holds, replacement where it doesn’t — and a straight answer on which.
Concrete Repair details →Concrete Leveling
Foam leveling and slabjacking for sunken sidewalks, driveways, patios and garage floors. Usually a fraction of replacement cost, done in a day.
Concrete Leveling details →Foundations
Footings, stem walls and slabs for homes, additions, garages, shops and ADUs — formed, reinforced and drained for Thurston County soils.
Foundations details →Retaining Walls
Poured concrete walls for slopes, driveways and yards, with drain rock and pipe behind the wall so water doesn’t push it over.
Retaining Walls details →Service-area questions
Do you charge more for areas farther from Olympia?
Not for anywhere in our regular service area. Very distant or very small jobs may carry a minimum charge, which we tell you up front.
How do permits differ between Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater and the county?
Each jurisdiction runs its own right-of-way, building and critical-areas process. Your mailing address doesn’t always match your jurisdiction — Tanglewilde, Black Lake, Boston Harbor and much of the waterfront are unincorporated Thurston County. We check before we quote.
Do you work in Yelm, Tenino, Rainier and south Thurston County?
Yes. Call us with your project; we schedule south-county jobs regularly.
My neighborhood isn’t listed — do you still serve it?
Almost certainly. If you’re in Thurston County or nearby, call us.
How fast can you come out for an estimate?
Usually within a few business days in Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater; urgent hazards like a broken step can often be looked at sooner.
