Concrete Steps & Stairs in Olympia
Steps take more abuse than any other concrete around a house, and broken or uneven steps are a real fall hazard in the rain. We tear out failing steps and form new ones — entry steps and stoops, garden steps, and long front-yard stair runs — with even rises, non-slip finishes and handrail anchors set in the pour.

What’s different here
Even rises
An uneven step is a trip hazard. We form every riser the same height, top to bottom.
Grip when wet
Broom finishes and nosing details keep steps safe in rain and moss.
Slopes
Hillside lots get long runs with landings; we set footings so the run doesn’t settle apart.

How much do new concrete steps cost?
Small entry steps are usually a modest per-job price; long stair runs are quoted per run. We give a written price after measuring.
Can you replace steps that pulled away from the house?
Yes — we remove them, fix the base, and form new steps that meet the threshold correctly.
Do steps need a permit?
Simple replacement steps on your property usually don’t; steps that are part of a new structure or in the right-of-way may. We check.
Can new steps match my stamped patio?
Yes — we can stamp and color the steps to match.
Concrete Patios
New patios, tear-out and replacement, and resurfacing — sloped to shed water off the house, because here it rains from October to April.
