Concrete Pads & Slabs in Olympia
Pads and slabs are some of the most practical concrete you can buy: a shed that doesn’t rot, RV parking that doesn’t rut, a shop floor, a sport court, a hot-tub pad. We size each slab for what’s going on it — thickness, rebar and base — instead of pouring everything the same.

What’s different here
Sized to the load
A shed pad and an RV pad are different slabs. We set thickness and reinforcement for the use.
Prairie and wet sites
Prairie gravel makes a great base; wet sites need more. Some prairie lots also need a habitat review before ground disturbance.
Big pours
Large shop floors and courts need joints cut on time and good curing to control cracking.

How much does a concrete slab cost in Olympia?
Typical plain-finish pads and slabs run about $7–$12 per square foot, with a minimum charge on small pads. Shop floors and heavy-use slabs are priced to spec.
How thick should my pad be?
Around 4 inches for sheds and foot traffic; thicker and reinforced for vehicles, RVs, shops and hot tubs. We spec it for your use.
Do I need a permit for a shed pad?
A pad alone usually doesn’t, but the building on it may, and some prairie lots need a habitat review for ground disturbance. We help you check.
Can you pour a sport court?
Yes — flat, properly finished slabs for basketball and pickleball, ready for court surfacing or paint.
