We replace and repair sidewalks and walkways — from the public sidewalk in front of your house to front walks, side-yard paths and garden walkways. For city sidewalks we handle the right-of-way permit and build to the city’s standard; for private walks we build them to drain and to last.

What’s different here
Who’s responsible
In Olympia, Lacey and Tumwater, owners are generally responsible for the sidewalk adjacent to their property. Work in the right-of-way needs a city permit.
Lift or replace
Tipped but intact panels can often be leveled for much less than replacement.
Roots
Street trees cause most heaves. We remove the heaved section and deal with roots safely.

What customers say
“The concrete was heaving and it needed to be cut back and re poured. They did 3 out of the 4 panels like we had asked and we can't be happier.”
— Michael W., Google review“Miguel and his crew did a great job cleaned up after they were done. Would call for future projects.”
— Andre C., Google review“I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with Miguel’s crew. They were quick, hardworking, polite and professional.”

Am I responsible for the sidewalk in front of my house?
In most South Sound cities, yes — adjacent property owners maintain the sidewalk, and replacement in the right-of-way needs a city permit. We handle the permit and the pour.
Can a lifted sidewalk be fixed without replacing it?
If a panel is intact and simply tipped, leveling can bring it back to grade. If it’s heaved by roots or broken, replacement is better.
How much does sidewalk replacement cost?
Typically about $9–$15 per square foot including tear-out, plus any permit fees.
Can you make my walkway curved or stamped?
Yes — curved forms and stamped finishes are common for front and garden walks.
Concrete Leveling
Foam leveling and slabjacking for sunken sidewalks, driveways, patios and garage floors. Usually a fraction of replacement cost, done in a day.
