Concrete Repair in Olympia, WA
Not every cracked slab needs to be torn out, and not every crack can be patched. We look at why the concrete failed — water, roots, settlement, a thin original pour — and recommend the cheapest fix that will actually last: patch, resurface, level or replace.

What’s different here
Freeze-thaw and water
Olympia doesn’t get hard winters, but repeated wet freezes still pop surfaces and widen cracks. Sealing and drainage slow it down.
Roots
Big firs and maples lift walks and drives. Repair means removing the heaved section and dealing with the root safely, not grinding the lip and hoping.
Honest scope
If a patch won’t hold, we’ll say so and price the replacement — and if leveling solves it, we’ll say that instead.

What customers say
“The concrete was heaving and it needed to be cut back and re poured. They did 3 out of the 4 panels like we had asked and we can't be happier.”
— Michael W., Google review“I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with Miguel’s crew. They were quick, hardworking, polite and professional.”
— Sara C., Google review“Miguel did an outstanding job of keeping me updated on the progress of the job and the next step. Miguel always answered his phone when I called with questions.”

Can cracked concrete be repaired or does it need replacing?
Hairline and stable cracks can be sealed. Sunken but intact slabs can be leveled. Worn surfaces on sound slabs can be resurfaced. Shattered, heaving or undermined slabs should be replaced. We show you which applies to each section.
Is resurfacing worth it?
Only on a structurally sound slab. Resurfacing a cracked, moving slab just puts a new face on an old problem.
Do you do insurance estimates?
Yes. We provide written, itemized estimates you can submit with a claim.
Who fixes the sidewalk in front of my house?
In most South Sound cities the adjacent property owner is responsible for maintaining the sidewalk, and work in the right-of-way needs a city permit. We can handle both.
